He has extensive experience in the outsourcing of technology and business operations and he has developed sales and marketing as well as offer management materials for those areas. Mr. Lucia has a wide array of experience in applying technology based solutions across a wide range of businesses.
Mr. Lucia’s executive management expertise and experience include the following achievements:

• For a national health care consulting company: Mr. Lucia provided executive operations oversight and P&L management for over 80 health care customers in the ASP, hosting and outsourcing market segments.
   
• For a large managed care payer organization: Mr. Lucia served as CIO for a $1 billion managed health care plan and served on the executive operating committee of the company. Serving all business aspects of the health plan his organization recorded the largest single year growth in EDI processing for all health plan regions.
   
• For a “Big 4” consulting organization: Mr. Lucia was a member of the management consulting group for a nationally known consulting firm. He specialized in managed care operations and implementations of ERP systems for that client base.

Mr. Lucia is a seasoned executive with excellent communications skills, flexibility and discipline, broad technology experience and a visionary mindset.
